Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and quasarium.top regarding the use of the Site.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
